[announce=poem-term-of-the-day.gif][/announce]We are happy to announce the addition of two new sections which we are sure you will enjoy: Poem of the Day and Glossary Term of the Day. We believe these will fit quite nicely in our Poetry-Defined section. We should point out that FlamingFeenix -- the JPiC Poem of the Day Poster Bot -- will be posting the Poem of the Day selections. She's a bit hot-tempered 3 or 4 days a month, but she's really a lovely persona once you get used to her bi-polar tendencies. At anyrate - She really loves sharing poetry, so it's a win for the JPiC community. Okay. Now the official description for these new sections are as seen below: <table class="tborder" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="610px"> <tr> <td class="back-forum4 smallfont" style="padding:4px 6px;" width="100%"><strong>Poem of the Day:</strong> <span class="smallfont">A <span class="f-bold">collection of prolific poetry</span> from poets around the globe. From Dickinson to Frost, we share the work of greats here.</span></td> </tr> </table> <table class="tborder" cellpadding="6" cellspacing="0" border="0" width="610px"> <tr> <td class="back-forum4 smallfont" style="padding:4px 6px;" width="100%"><strong>Glossary Term of the Day:</strong> <span class="smallfont">A collection of <span class="f-bold">terms of importance to today's learned poet</span>. From assonance to syllabic verse, we define terms used by poetic masterminds.</span></td> </tr> </table> <table style="border:1px solid #4e3c42; float:right; margin-left:6px; width:230; vertical-align:top;" border="0" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="3"><tr> <td><div class="pluginname_3spec" align="left">Like A Poem a Day... on Facebook</div><div><fb:fan profile_id="211398542209247" stream="0" connections="6" logobar="0" width="230" css="http://jpicforum.info/includes/css/fb_fanbox.css"></fb:fan></div></div></td> </tr></table>We offer both in conjunction with our new Facebook page, A Poem a Day Keeps the Doctor Away. We hope you Facebook Addicts will like the page and tell your friends about it, as this is yet another way to get the word out about JPiC. Please enjoy the additions as we continue striving towards our goal of celebrating diversity with the type word whilst being wrapped all the way up in a cozy layer of poetic love. Jacquii.
