If sorrow ever touches your lips,
    Its because you let it,
There's worldly hells created by selves and masters of twisting fates,

I will never let you drag me into the pit,
    Whether by false-intentions, evil-minded actions,
    A self-righteous heart, or jealousy,

If your heart turns black it will because of the love you lack,
Not some need of a prince who'd you turn away,
Afterall your too good for anything,

The Poorest wretch is above you in love,
The longest famine has yielded more harvest than you,
So tell me what you think in absolutes,

The biggest stars in the sky are wandering fools,
They are rogue degenerates who put forth nothing into the universe and Expect gold,

You will be paid in fools gold and you will be deaf and dumb enough to love its sheen,
That's what happens when you take away from his kingdom.

I'm with Medora. The Famine line is fantastic. It really is. I'm so happy to see how much you've grown since I was last here. :)
